Enjoy life, not destroy life: Homeostasis and Disorder conquests

In this chaotic society, there’s a motto that says you should grind hard until you pass out. I understand the principle behind it completely; however, there’s an underling imbalance implication in this sentiment.
What do I mean by this? Well according to universal law, there has always been a homeostatic equilibrium that exist as the ultimate engine that drives the entire universe. Without it, everything will cease to exist and nothing new will come into existence.
In regards to this aforementioned principle right here, if one is too preoccupied with the improvement of their life- what they’re doing is violating some universal laws such as the law of Correspondence (as so above, as so below), Polarity (everything has a pole or two sides or opposites) and Cause and Effect (everything has a cause and everything has an effect from a cause).
If a person is operating solely on one end of the spectrum, what they’re doing is weakening the capacity of the other end of the spectrum of their life and this will indefinitely cause disequilibrium. This decaying phase of disequilibrium will induce all sorts of disorders despite the preconceived notion of improvement in one’s life. But the real question is, what’s the purpose of improvement if one is not actually enjoying their life?
I remember a situation when I used to attend church back in 2003. As soon as I grasped the concepts of the gospel and started applying them to my life, inadvertently what I started doing was isolating myself from friends and family. I did this technique as a way to ‘improve’ myself’. During that time and even now, I still don’t drink any alcohol nor do I smoke any cigarettes or any type of drugs.
Therefore, I always isolated myself to a degree whenever I get around a large or small gathering of sorts. But as soon as I started church, my isolation increased tremendously. As a result instead of improving my life, I was actually destroying my life because of my foolish alienation. Consequently, I become too judgmental about every little thing in life up to the point that I became a pest. I was irritated about everything during my search for happiness and perfection.
I aggravated everyone because of my arrogance. I foolishly thought perfection was happiness but what I didn’t realize is the acceptance of imperfection is what makes us truly happy. Learning to work with our shortcomings and accomplishing goals despite our flaws is what truly makes living worthwhile. This is the rare gem that I uncovered in the dirt filled sand of my experiences.
As soon as I obtained this golden life lesson, I begun to immediately improve my life the right way. I improved by learning to utilize patience because as the saying goes, “Patience is truly a virtue.”
I also learned to be around more people without feeling any discomfort or irritation by stepping out of my comfort zone. Additionally, I also explored other areas of pure fun and entertainment. I challenge anyone to dare to go out and enjoy their life while also diligently working to improve their overall life.
So the other part of the question still stands: How are you enjoying yourself without fun, love and laughter? Each of these aspects are natural remedies to relieve life from stress, pain and any other form of discomfort.
So whenever you’re in the process of improving your life, you should seek balance or equilibrium by not only working hard on those rough areas in your life that need to be addressed. However, you also need to find more ways to enjoy your life as well by learning to step out your comfort zone to explore other areas of innocent excitement. This is the essence of peace. This is what it truly means to live and truly improve your life in an overall fashion.
